Where should I start?
Use the homepage on jiliga.me to choose account access, mobile information or games. The menu opens information pages, while the main action buttons open the access destination.
Does the Login page collect my password?
No. The Login page contains preparation and troubleshooting information. Only enter account details at the service you intended to use after checking its address.
Is an App button a direct installation file?
Not necessarily. The App action opens an access destination. The App and Download information pages explain the difference between a mobile website, a shortcut and an installation package.
Do the game covers confirm availability?
No. They identify the eight supplied visual references. Check the actual destination for current availability, rules and account conditions.
Where are the phone connection steps?
The Support page on jiliga.me includes separate iOS and Android tutorials. The homepage VPN Tutorial button opens the same content in a dialog. Screens may differ with device and app version.
Do the three lines use different services?
They are three convenient access cards with different descriptions. They open the same configured destination and do not represent three independently tested services.
What should I include in a help request?
Provide the relevant page address, time, device and error description. Leave out passwords, one-time codes and payment credentials. For remote account records, use the service that holds those records.
Why can a saved shortcut open an unexpected page?
- Check the saved address
- A shortcut can retain an old address. Compare it with the page you intended to save.
- Check the final destination
- An access link may open another service. Read that address before entering account details.
- Recreate deliberately
- If the saved address is wrong, open the intended information page first and save a new shortcut from there.
